Did you know?: Many people have successfully sued Pilates studios for their injuries. Even if a studio owner is not aware they have unsafe equipment, they may be held liable if proper inspection and/or maintenance would have uncovered it. 

Gross negligence: a conscious and voluntary disregard of the need to use reasonable care, which is likely to cause foreseeable grave injury or harm to persons, property, or both. It is conduct that is extreme when compared with ordinary Negligence, which is a mere failure to exercise reasonable care. You are responsible for your Equipment Maintenance, and we are here to help!
