PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Pricing of all advertised and unadvertised products and services on SentryPilates.com are subject to change without notice. Sentry Pilates may change prices at any time, including changing from a free service to a paid service and charging for Services that were previously offered free of charge; provided, however, that Sentry will provide Client with prior notice and an opportunity to terminate Client Account if Sentry Pilates changes the price of a Service to which you are subscribed and will not charge you for a previously free Service unless you have been notified of the applicable fees and agreed to pay such fees. Payments for products or services listed on this SentryPilates.com website follow our same, strict Privacy Policy. Payments are made using a secure online checkout and your information is held confidential and not shared with anyone.
Please note that occasionally we will elect to schedule 2 technicians if the appointment time will be shorter and as a result less expensive for you. For the sake of clarity, in the end the invoice would come out to about the same amount because 2 techs almost always takes about 1/2 the time as 1 tech.

REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY
Although requests for Sentry Pilates Solutions, Inc. refunds are extremely rare, they do occur on occasion as with any business. In nearly every instance of a refund request, the reason was not related to quality of content but to product choice where another Sentry Pilates Solutions, Inc. product provided the desired solution.
If you are dissatisfied with a product for sale on this website, we will offer a 100% full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We do ask for proof of purchase, such as the order receipt you received, in order to process the refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving this proof of purchase. We also request your reason behind initiating the refund so that we may improve our products and services.
Equipment maintenance appointment cancellations must be requested in writing at least 6 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellation requests made 2-3 days prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the estimated labor costs. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated labor costs. If we are able to re-book your cancelled time slot, fees may be waved.
RIGHT TO REFUSE.
Sentry Pilates Solutions Inc. has the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, provided such refusal of service shall not be on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, or physical handicap.
